We appreciate your interest in learning more about Link Home Loans. Join many of the top regional and national mortgage lenders and start offering Link Home Loans to your customers. All Link financing programs utilize Trio’s proprietary FHA OwnOption Mortgage product enabling lenders to originate mortgages supporting affordable homeownership.
Lenders sign up with one of Trio’s master servicers under either correspondent or wholesale structures. Large lenders with volume commitments and approved mortgage servicing can work direct with Trio.

Refer a Loan
Submit your customer application for approval. Select the link below and upload your customer’s application and credit to get an automated decision from Trio. A FNMA 3.4 file along and current credit report are required.
REFER ALOAN
Contract Upload
For approved customers with a mutually accepted home purchase agreement, select the link below and send it and supporting documents to Trio’s closing team. Please take note that Link Home Loans require homes to be in move-in ready condition.
